Kaela Vronsky has been working since 1995 directly and from a management perspective to support youth programs domestically and abroad. A firm believer in mentoring, she has served as director, mentor, coordinator, and founder of mentor programs over the course of her career. She is also passionate about promoting literacy as a foundation not only of academic success, but of lifelong learning and self-reflection.
Before joining Read to a Child, Kaela spent five years at Partners for Youth with Disabilities directing both their Boston-based mentor program and their national nonprofit training and replication branch. She holds a BS in Psychology and Peace and Conflict Studies and an MA in Sustainable Development Management.
Her favorite children’s book is Tikki Tikki Tembo by Arlene Mosel.
