Mayor Walsh Friday Visit to Condon School Postponed Due to Funeral Attendance

BOSTON – Thursday, Sept. 13, 2018 – Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh’s scheduled visit to read to 85 first grade students at the Condon School in South Boston tomorrow has been postponed. Unfortunately the Mayor must attend a funeral.
The event, sponsored by national literacy and mentoring non-profit Read to a Child® and Malcolm Mitchell’s Share the Magic Foundation, the nonprofit arm of his youth literacy initiative Read With Malcolm, will be rescheduled this fall. Stay tuned.
